I teach a slow flow every Thursday morning at Zenko, in the Maroochydore studio. It is a warm, welcoming community and studio at Zenko which I love being a part of.
Zenko’s slow flow involves longer holds and slower transitions between postures, which are great to slow down into your practice but still feel like you’re flowing with the rhythm of the breath. The class I teach is a 60 minute class.

Classes are shaped around you and what you wish to gain physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Great for building confidence, improving alignment and technique and for other specific physical barriers or needs. Also fantastic for those that are seeking to deepen their practice at home, the women who want to develop a home practice but don’t know where to start.
