$350 per session

Cost includes ingredients, 2-3 hours of face to face time during session with an additional 1-2 hours of preparation/cook time before arriving.

These sessions can be compounded upon, for example you could opt to have 1, 2 or 3 individual sessions a week.

These Sessions Include:

• Ayurvedic postpartum massage

• Ayurvedic meal + treats, a nourishing broth or milk & herbal tea for that day

• Belly wrapping if desired

• Time to just be with whatever mumma needs for the day, to talk, to rest, to do dishes or washing etc.

• Information for each new week Ayurvedically.

• And more.

** Suntè only covers postpartum support within scope as listed above. Suntè does not attend births as a birth doula, nor does Suntè provide any medical advice.

+ travel costs at $20 per 100km from Yandina.

For example 20km would be an additional $4.00.
